A: Our Water Flosser removes up to 2x more plaque than string floss by using targeted water pressure to reach deep between teeth and along the gum line—places string floss often misses.
Q: What are the different tips for, and how do I use them?
A: The Water Flosser comes with three interchangeable tips:
● Jet Flosser Tip: Delivers a powerful stream to clean between teeth and gums.
● Periodontal Tip: Features a soft rubber nozzle, ideal for gentle cleaning around braces and dental work, below the gum line, and in between gum pockets.
● Water Flosser Tip: Great for reducing bad breath by removing bacteria on the tongue (can be used with or without water).
Each tip can manually rotate 360° for precision cleaning. Simply insert your chosen tip, rotate to your preferred angle, and floss as needed.
Q: Which cleaning mode should I use—Gentle or Deep Clean?
A: Use Gentle mode if you have sensitive gums or are new to water flossing. Choose Deep Clean mode for a more intense, targeted clean. You can switch between modes easily depending on your comfort and needs.
Q: Can I use mouthwash in the flosser?
A: Yes! Our Water Flosser is mouthwash compatible. Mix mouthwash with water in a 1:1 ratio to enjoy added freshness and antibacterial benefits.
Q: How long does a full water tank last?
A: The 210 mL tank provides up to 90 seconds of continuous water flow—enough for a full-mouth clean without constant refilling.
Q: Is it safe to use in the shower?
A: Yes! With an IPX7 waterproof rating, our Water Flosser is built to handle wet environments, including safe use in the shower.
For your safety, do not submerge your Water Flosser directly into water. To avoid electrical shock, do not use the Water Flosser in, near or around any water when the device is connected to a charger or outlet.
Q: How often do I need to charge it?
A: A full charge powers your device for up to 8 weeks of regular use. That’s nearly two months of clean without reaching for the charger.
Q: Is this device dentist recommended?
A: Yes. Our Water Flosser was tested and recommended by dentists and oral care professionals for its plaque-removing power, gentle gum care, and overall improvement in oral hygiene.
Q: Can people with braces or dental work use this Water Flosser?
A: Absolutely! The Periodontal Tip is ideal for cleaning around orthodontic appliances including braces, implants, crowns, veneers and bridges.
Q: How do I clean and maintain the device?
A: The detachable tank makes refills and rinsing easy. To maintain performance, rinse the tank and tips after each use and let dry. For long-term care, clean the device exterior with a damp cloth and charge as needed.
Q: Can I use a generic replacement flosser tip with MOON’s Water Flosser?
A: To maintain the longevity of your device, we recommend only using MOON’s Water Flosser tips designed to pair with the Water Flosser.
